Right of withdrawal

George Halls Cycle Centre and 247cycleshop.com conform to the Distance Selling regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items "Mail Order" either through this website or by contacting us directly at the shop and ordering over the telephone.

We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they do not fit, you have ordered the wrong item, it has been damaged during delivery or the item has a genuine fault. we will not refund and item if you have changed your mind or have found it cheaper else where.

NEW ITEMS

If you are returning a new item for any reason then:-

  • You need to contact us first stating your reason
  • You will then be given a returns number or reference
  • Goods must be returned within 10 days of reciept
  • Goods must still be in original packaging
  • Clothing must still have lables and swing tickets attached
  • Goods must not of been fitted or used
  • Goods must be returned with returns number or the reference given
  • Goods must be returned in some form of seperate packaging. E.G Jiffy bag

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

All goods purchased from either George Halls Cycle Centre or 247cycleshop.com are covered by a full warranty. The duration of this is a minimum of 6 months unless the manufacturer states otherwise.

Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects, but DO NOT cover damage through crashing, abuse, general wear & tear, modification, improper assembly or improper maintainence. Please remember, here at 247 we all ride, we all know what capabilities products have, so please be honest. If you feel that a genuine fault has happened with a product purchased through us, we will be only too happy to help.

  • Goods must be clean or washed
  • Goods must be accompanied with a returns number or reference
  • Goods must be returned within 10 days of contacting us

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

New items wanting an exchange due to the wrong size or wrong item being ordered will be done so FREE of any charge.

New items wanting a refund due to you ordering the wrong size or item will be funded FREE of any charge. The refunding payment will be in the same form as the original payment, so if you paid by Paypal, you will be credited back into your Paypal account, If you paid by a debit or credit card, then you will be refunded back onto the card.

Damaged or faulty returns wanting an exchange or repair will be done so FREE of any extra charge.

Damaged or faulty returns wanting a refund will be issued a full refund of the original purchase price.

PLEASE NOTE:

We do not refund any postage costs in returning items that are the wrong size or part.

We will refund 50% of the postage face value for items returned due to the being faulty.

We will refund 100% of the postage face value if the item has bee damaged in the original transit.

We will refund 100% of the postage face value if we have made the mistake in picking the order.
